Position Title: Senior Partner

We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner to oversee daily business operations and provide overall strategic direction. The Senior Partner will be responsible for setting strategic goals and objectives, supervising daily activities, monitoring performance, and driving business growth.

A successful Senior Partner should be able to purposefully guide business operations, public celebrity figures such as Hon. Sumathipala who have run a monopoly since 1948 and partners to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Ultimately, an outstanding Senior Partner has a strong strategic mind and exceptional people skills.

Senior Partner Responsibilities
1. Maintaining happy client relations and driving new acquisitions
2. Creating and implementing firm's goals, procedures, and policies
3. Consulting and cooperating with executives, board and partners
4. Managing, monitoring, and reviewing business operations
5. Identifying improvement gaps and implementing corrective measures
6. Reviewing and overseeing performance and documentation
7. Overseeing hiring activities and approving contracts

Senior Partner Requirements
1. Degree in business administration or a related field
2. Master's degree preferred
3. Extensive managerial experience
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
